What is the firmness of this mattress?
It would be considered medium.
Just to clarify, the 10" and 14" version of this mattress explicitly mention that they have medium firmness, is this no different when you say ‘considered’ medium?
Yes. I have to be careful how I state it because if I say it’s medium firm, you’d think that tends towards firm. The firmness is medium.
I ended up ordering this and it was very soft, definitely not medium for anybody considering.

I agree - these mattresses are very soft. I’m quite disappointed.
