Goodful Ceramic Nonstick 11 Inch Wok

Goodful Ceramic Nonstick 11 Inch Wok

I’m so confused. Woks are normally thick metal because they are most commonly used at HIGH heat to quickly cook things to “tender crisp” doneness (you know, “stir fry”). But then in the use and care instructions it includes the standard admonishment to cook at “LOW or MEDIUM heat ONLY” to preserve the non-stick surface. But in another section it says it is oven safe to 450° - which is quite definitely considered HIGH heat. So I guess putting it in a High Heat oven at 450° is OK if you are not actually cooking in it?
