Beyond my grilling skills right now. Besides that I have a bullet-style smoker/griller (I can add water to a pan just above the coals for smoking), an electric smoker (SO easy-peasy!!), and the most wondrous smokeless (mostly) indoor griller.
So rather like that wifi wireless grilling thermometer, I don’t need this guy anyways.
