I bought this for the first time, I ordered a pink rose one. I received it sooner than my other items, unfortunately it was already broken as soon as I opened the box. I reached customer service on woot and they gave me a full refund. It was a 3rd party seller so they couldn’t replace the item. I would have liked a new one but a refund is just as good. Glad that woot took care of the issue so fast.
