Got mine during the Woot! Off. It doesn’t have a lid, & that’s why I bought it. Everything on the packaging says it is included. Beware! I’ve reached out to customer service. I’d rather get the lid than a refund…
I’m being told you are out of replacements, even though I told CS they were still available on website and would prefer to have the product vs refund. They refunded me.
How? It’s right here? Maybe the allotment for that PRICE is gone?
Maybe? But they offered to replace if they had it in the warehouse. I pointed out it’s still on the website. Woke up to find they refunded me.
The cover is what made me want it.

The missing lid was probably a warehouse mishap.
