Great reviews on Amazon, BUT they sure look like fake reviews: mostly reviewers who have reviewed only once, or who left 20+ reviews in one day.

I’ll leave this here for the inevitable relisting of this in a future woot. I’ve had these for about a week now. Flashy packaging and the headphones look nice I guess. They are heavy for earbuds. I suppose it is the aluminum, but I can’t tell. They sound fine, but I would still consider these consumer grade. I haven’t been able to find any kind of meaty reviews that really compare them to anything or discuss the actual engineering. They claim a 2 year warranty but exclude “normal wear and tear”. My bet is that it is nearly impossible to get them to honor the warranty if anything fails.

What the woot didn’t mention is that the media buttons only work with iOS devices. I wouldn’t recommend these as anything more than basic ear buds for Android users.

They stay in my ears okay and there isn’t a ton of noise from the cable, but I can’t help but feel these are nothing special. Except for the box. The box is nice n flashy. Yeah…
