Game comes HEAVILY damaged. Support claims they have no other ones to ship, which is a lie since they are still for sale. For the price, one would expect something to be in much better shape.

Hi there. Very sorry. The one you bought came from a different (non-Amazon) warehouse so there is no replacement from that inventory. You can reorder it here though.
