4000k? Not sure I would want to use those in my house.

It’s a personal preference. Some folks prefer the cooler (higher) temperature because it’s closer to natural daylight. Some folks prefer the warmer (lower) temperature because it’s closer to the incandescent bulbs they’ve been used to.
