I purchased two of them. We have tried other live traps, traditional traps and poisons with limited luck. Set them out yesterday in our feed shed. Overnight we caught two in one trap and one in the other. They work great. Now off to dispose of the live rats.
I purchased two and got two different models – different sizes, slightly different builds and operating parts. They’re basically the type of product I expected, but one being about 25% smaller than the other, I can’t say I’m completely satisfied. The description mentions they’re big enough to catch opossums, but there’s no way the smaller one I got would fit a skunk, opossum, or anything any bigger than an average-sized squirrel.
