This site is awful!!! They offer a deal and make it impossible to get. I suppose if I were a computer whiz I could figure this out. WOOT is horrible. ---

Hey nobody wants to miss out on a deal especially when it’s something we really need or want; even more so when money is tight. I’ve had it happen to me several times and I’ll admit it’s not fun. But that doesn’t make Woot a horrible app. It’s not their fault. App developers and customer support are real humans with real feelings. I’m a new Woot customer so I can’t say that I know all the ins-and-outs but I think their inventory is limited so when something sells out- it’s gone. I myself am far from being a computer whiz. But I’m having a good time as I figure things out. ---

Woot has been pathetic ever since Amazon bought them. I would visit everyday waiting for the 24 hour (or till sold out ) deal. So sad to watch this happen. ---

I can’t access the “Skincare Save & Slay” category. When I click on it I get: با DISAPPOINTMENT We can’t find the internet! What’s your neighbor’s wifi password? Does anybody have any suggestions? This happened with one of the categories yesterday also. Btw, logging out and in again doesn’t help. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app doesn’t work either. ---

I used a desktop browser to access it. If you’re using the app, clearing the app’s cache might help. On Android, if you long-press on the app’s icon, then choose ‘app info’ and then ‘storage and cache’. From there, choose the one that says ‘clear cache’. If that doesn’t work, try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I don’t know how to do it on iOS but I’m sure you can Google it. If you’re using a computer, try clearing your browser’s cache. Instructions for that vary for the various browsers. (Please note: I don’t work for Woot, I just volunteer to help out here on the forums.)
