Ordered 2 of these that arrived today. One unopened,the others packaging looked like it had been in a clearance bin in a store for a few months. Of course!,it was dead on arrival. No charge at all and after being plugged into the wall for 11 hours,still dead. So that makes Woot 1 for 2 on this “deal” or am I 50% satisfied? Does this kinda issue happen to anyone else…more and more lately? Not having alot of luck on products I have orderd.
I’m very sorry. Sometimes a completely dead battery requires a full 24 hour charge. If it doesn’t show a charger after that, please use the Support form linked at the top of the page to contact customer support for assistance.
