It was a total pain to research this, but to the best of my knowledge, this corresponds to Mopar 68368070AA.
Its applications are the Charger, Challenger and the 300 with various years and trim levels.
(E.g. 2010 Charger 3.5L)
My guess is that this is a discontinued part, which is why there is scant information on it.
