Acebeam X65 is $326.99 and is listed on Acebeam’s website as discontinued per X65 Rechargeable Flashlight|AceBeam® Official Store | Flashlights, Tactical Lights This has been replaced by the X65 mini which seems superior for many reasons.

($299 MSRP) X65 Mini High Intensity LED Flashlight|AceBeam® Official Store | Flashlights, Tactical Lights. Oh yeah, and a 5 year warranty. Gonna go out on a branch here and say that is a bit better than the 90 day warranty Woot offers.
Same output, much smaller design, and you can choose your own batteries where this flashlight has a proprietary battery that is PART of the body. This is the main design flaw with this flashlight. If you get a bad battery or issue, the flashlight is done for. Also you can’t swap out the battery if it dies. With the new design you can buy a ton of batteries and keep them nearby since they’re small and light.
