I purchased one of these but it says managed by Roxbury.com which is an elementary school and is locked down and cannot be reset. I understand that Woot/Amazon probably purchased these but its completely useless for me. Be warned.
Hi there. I’m sorry about the problem. Reach out to Woot Customer Service. From a browser, use the Woot Customer Service form. In the Woot App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
I’m afraid I ordered two of these and they’re also locked down. Says, managed by roxbury.org and will not allow me to sign-in. I’ve emailed customer support. Just waiting to hear back.
Woot Customer Service sent me another one. It was really banged up (corner chipped, scratches all over) but it works fine and screen is fine and was not locked down. I appreciate that it only took a week to get the other during a time when shipping is difficult.
