Can you put snow leopard on this netbook?

Referb really.
I’d like a new one before a referb again.

Blog review of the Aspire One D250

I’ll pass. CES just ended and better stuff is coming I think.

Great netbook, but be sure to upgrade the RAM to 2Gb. Runs Windows 7 nicely!

How is the keyboard on these netbooks? Seems like they would be way smaller and make typing a hassle…are they an issue?

4.9 stars on Buzzillions is about as good as it gets.

95/100 on Alatest is good too.

Anyone know if it could handle heavy stats add-ons from Excel? Desperate for help with MBA stats class. Ideas? Thx!

If you are looking for a netbook, don’t think, just click “I want one”. This is about as good a deal as you are going to get at anything even close to this price.

You may be able to… here is a tutorial on installing Leopard on it…

and since the 150 is very similar, here are directions on installing 10.6 SL on the A150.

Sure … but not at $219. And maybe not even at $319.

A bit smaller, but not bad. I have fairly large hands, but don’t have a problem with the keyboard.

This was $199 at Target before Christmas. And someone told me Costco had it for $199 before Christmas with a 6-cell battery.

I’ve had one of these for about six months, and up until a couple of days ago I was really happy with it. Now I’m going to have to find out how Acer’s customer service is.
