I’m not sure this is where to comment, but I ordered the Acer 720 Chromebook that was supposed to have a touch screen. Is that something I have to turn on, because this is not a touch screen. I was also surprised when the casing had a good amount of damage. The description did not call the one I purchased a scratch and dent, it called them refurbished. I thought that meant the cases would be replaces if there was more than cosmetic damage. Maybe I just got a dud and need to send it back.
