I’m just curious… has ANYONE EVER received anything BETTER than the “minimum” specs listed on these “mystery” computers?

They have.
On a different paw, I’ve yet to feel the desire to roll the dice. If the minimum spec is better than what an equivalent costs, then maybe I’ll pull the trigger. Granted, my equivalent cost is also skewed since I don’t have a problem buying lower spec ones and upgrading with parts I might already have, or buying broken and/or incomplete ones for really cheap and fixing them.
