My Acer laptop works very well. I have no complaints. Small for factor desktops can be cheap, but they can be difficult to maintain (not to mention upgrade).
This kind of bawdy talk isn’t going to help you land that job.
Yea…But Acer is More likely to Crash than the other computers. Im using my Hp laptop right now and so far has been the best customer support for me. No bugs no glitches…=)

Haha, I’m not a fanboy. I just own an Acer product and I am happy with it. Next computer will be one I build myself.

How fast is it? Significantly faster than a netbook. Slower than a mainstream new desktop computer.
Can you game on it? Not very well. The video (Radeon X1250) isn’t all that good.
Can you use it as an HTPC? Quite well.
Are Linux drivers available for it? Yes.
Can you run office apps on it? Quite well.
Will it work on a Mac? Uh…
I justify this because I work on computers and i see more and more Acers computer coming to my shop than others… and i keep tell people that Acer’s wont last as long as other…its not know its a fact.
