I bought this to try for frequent headaches because I’ve heard that acupressure can help. It definately helped me forget I had a headache because it fits so tight on your hand you can’t think of anything else!
Kept it on for about 5 minutes and couldn’t take it anymore. I tried loosening it as the instructions said but it went right back to being a torture device, squeezing so tight my fingers started to go numb. Also ended up with a lovely round purple bruise on the top of my hand!
My hands are small and this thing caused actual pain so I strongly advise against purchase if you have larger hands or aren’t into personal masochism:cold_sweat:
