Had one for 4 months… Fought with the thing almost from day one. Wind stopped reporting almost immediately. Support’s answer was to pull the unit down, resync, then put back up. Ok with doing that once… but it stopped reporting wind again within 2.5 weeks. Told to pull it down & resync again, then pull it apart & clean it out. Did that, but it was spotless - nothing inside to clean out.

Finally got fed up with having to go up onto the roof every two weeks to pull down a brand new toy. Told them I wanted it replaced. They said no replacement, they would authorize it to be shipped to them & they would determine how to fix it… It would be there from 3-4 weeks.

I returned the thing to the place I bought it from. NEVER AGAIN.
