This sounds good.
Might want to check the editing on the features of this no oak chard, though -
“Lees stirring and MLF were carried out in neutral oak.”
Hello! Stacey from the winery here to clarify the use of oak.
While we’re proud to say we didn’t harm any trees to make this wine, that doesn’t mean we didn’t use a bit of oak that was already available at the winery. The neutral oak barrels used during the malolactic fermentation process were more than 4 years old at the time they were used to make this wine. Those old barrels were used so the wine could go through ML fermentation in smaller, warmer containers (vs the larger stainless steel tanks). The oak doesn’t impart any flavor into the wine.
