I ordered three of this and I received “vent magnetic phone holder” and now it’s sold out, can anybody please help me please? I want this item so bad

I received the wrong one as well, and am very frustrated by this. I have no interest in the vent version, which is why I was excited about this option. I have sent a message to CS.
My experience the "u-grip magnetic’ or sticky type systems won’t hold any phone the size of iPhone 4s & bigger. I’ve tried 2 & neither worked after day or two even after calling for support. Returned both.
I love the CD mount type holder. So find a cd mount with a different phone holder part.
