I ordered two of these, and according to the description, the charging blocks were included. Unfortunately they were not. I’ve contacted this merchant, and I’ve received no response. So be advised that if you order this item, you will need to supply this at your own expense. I suggest that the vendor make this clear.
CS may take up to 48 hours to respond. Mahe sure you check your spam and junk folders. They will reply to the email listed in your Woot account.
From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.
In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
Note: Woot! Customer Service replies go to the email address on your Woot! account, not your Amazon login email if used/different.
