With a 4.00 pH does not sound like a good food wine!
I like the labels.
Had a chance to rat this wine last year. Can’t find my rat report, but I recall the tempranillo being quite good. Yes the pH is high, but the RS is low and it has a low alcohol. A good every day kind of wine. No food necessary, maybe just a fire pit and the open sky.
