It looks like the difference between the two is $10, the type of foam and the cover.

I sent the buyers a message to check on the specs.

Hello, I work for the manufacturer, the size of the contour pillows are 21x14x5 over 4. The difference between the 2 contour pillows is the covers and the foam inside. The Regal has gel-infused foam and the Bounce pillow has a latex like foam.
