AirDots Bluetooth Ear Buds With Charging Case

I can’t get these to charge - any secret? The say ‘airtaps’ on my bluetooth screen, also. They work well for me under noise protection, which is great, but they don’t seem to charge/play for very long. Any suggestions?

I would assume they just need to be in the case to charge? If you don’t figure it out, please contact Woot Customer Service for assistance. From a browser, use the Woot Customer Service form. In the Woot App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.

I certainly had them in the case. They lit up when I pressed down on them and the lid seemed to do that when I close it, but after about 20 minutes they say low battery. They were flashing as though something was going on. I will try customer service, thank you.

You might let them charge for a few hours to see if that makes a difference. You may be too impatient. :slight_smile:

Are these the AirDots or AirTaps? If I take the risk and get them and they turn out to be AirTaps, would I get a refund?
