Below is another person’s review but I experienced the exact same thing. I’ve tried every possible means to get a resolution under the warranty coverage and receive no response, No response from Woot or Amazon either.
Stopped working after 4 months of use. It turns on but isn’t throwing out air anymore and just gets too hot withing few minutes. I tried all troubleshooting options provided. Also, warranty page says to reach out to customer service via Amazon. However, Amazon product support page don’t have any option to contact seller, just same basic categories with generic troubleshooting options (I tried those too by the way, and nothing worked). No option to return or replace after 4 months. While it worked, it was too ok, a bit noisy and not so energy efficient. But it worked to bring down humidy levels in my basement.
Hello. Sorry for the issues with the dehumidifier. Per the information at the bottom of the features, this came with a 90-day Woot warranty. We obtained the inventory from Amazon but we were the seller and carried the warranty.
