Many airlines like you to have your power bank (battery) in plain sight in case it starts to overheat. Might check on that before you stash this in the overhead bin.
Check new 2026 rules - all batteries for all devices being carried on must be able to be powered on with ample battery life and all batteries must be removeable. Many other new rules (not guidelines) take effect uniformly across all airlines, including size of carry on and space availability not being guaranteed unless you pay extra. KNOW BEFORE YOU GO

I watched a video review of this on youtube. The battery bank is removable. It is also clipped onto the exterior of the device.
I’d be more concerned about the amount of space the scooter parts take up inside of it. Oh, and the travel weight.
