Review over at Engadget

Be careful. Engadget review looks fake. Many of the European audiophile sites give it only 1 or 2 out of 5 stars. About 25% of the Amazon reviews are negative (1-2 stars) which doesn’t bode well. There’s a reason why these are on sale and so heavily discounted.

most of the 1 & 2 star reviews on amazon are because it broke after a few months. The ones that complained about sound quality are mostly for tinny bass, which for IEM, are due to bad sealing with the ear.
