I ordered two sets of pots and pans but only one was delivered. I e-mailed their customer service multiple times and every time it’s as though they didn’t even read my requests. They keep giving me a different tracking number and tell me to contact USPS even though the original tracking number was for UPS. I got tired of the run around so I filed a complaint with the BBB and called my credit card to stop payment.
I’m really sorry for the trouble you’ve had, especially being your first experience with us. I’ll get your info to the right hands.
