All Sorts Of OGIO Bags

Well, I did that, but the response I got was more of a riddle in my opinion:

I’ve responded back asking for clarification on what that means for me, but haven’t heard anything so far (it hasn’t been 24 hours though).

So . . . has anyone that got the “black” instead of “cereal” heard anything back from customer support? I’m assuming an exchange won’t be an option, but I don’t know what the policy will be for returns (normally we’d pay shipping, but I wouldn’t think that would be the case when this is clearly a Woot mixup). I’m itching to get another bag but want to make sure I’m not out $55 before I do.

I have yet to hear anything from customer support. I submitted my case almost 3 days ago now.

Yeah, I was in the same boat - wanted the cereal, not the black. I emailed CS and actually did get a response pretty quickly. They issued an RMA number and label to send it back and they are supposed to give me a refund.

Yup, same here. Glad to see it’s getting handled.
