Flat pack shipment, 4 pieces, easy assembly, well built, and to beat all, comfortable! Instructions say occasional oiling of wood to keep it from drying out.
piece of junk. I bought this a while ago, and the back to the chair fell apart after 2 months of use.
Avoid this waste of money if you can… get a nice chair.
I purchased these earlier in the summer and have had no problems with them. Very large, very comfortable. Oiled them down with linseed oil as suggested in previous comments. They’re on our pergola-covered patio.
Did you contact woot C/S? Yeah, I know C/S can be hit or miss, but I seem to recall people having minor issues with missing assembly parts contacted Gardener’s Supply Co. over on Amazon. They are the drop shipper for these Outdoor Interiors chairs. They were very good about fixing the issues.
