Here’s a general comment about shipping info. Recently, anytime an order is shipped via USPS, clicking on the tracking number from the Woot page takes me to a nearly blank page that only says “Bad Request,” on a white background.
However, if I put the number into my browser page, it correctly takes me to USPS. So there is something wrong with the webtrack service you’re using.
Hi there. Looks like they were DHL. I’ll ask CS to look into it.
Update: The vendor accidentally uploaded the wrong carrier with the tracking. It’s been fixed now.
