I have this chair (bought from Amazon 3.5 years ago), the legs and arms are plastic that’s a silvery-beige color, not metal.
If it hasn’t change since then, my impression is that it’s a decent chair, especially for the price, but definitely not made to last more than 5 years of frequent use.
