I ordered this heater and it has arrived. I tried it yesterday, but was not able to get it to turn on. I don’t know if the power button doesn’t work. I tried it at different outlets. Make sure it was standing up right just in case it has some kind of sensor, but it won’t turn on. Did anybody else have this problem? I looked at the reviews for it on Amazon and it looks like the machine not turning on when delivered is mentioned quite a bit, in the reviews.
I’m just guessing here but you might try thumping it. I had a different heater do the same thing a couple weeks ago. I thumped it and thing that recognizes it’s tipped loosened (fell into place) and it worked.
No luck, reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).

Another idea…you know that power button on the front, that looks like a universal power button? It’s not the power button. Look on the back of the unit, at the very bottom, and you will see an almost invisible switch. That is the actual Power button. Merry Christmas.
