Is the laser low power and safe for cats?
Yep, I just grabbed the green one for my cat. Both of them are class 2 lasers, but red lasers require less power so they are generally preferred for animals, tho either one of these would be ok. I just grabbed the green because I have a red one already and it has the rechargeable battery (but it is micro USB)
