I am at the end of my rope! In 2022 I bought an Echo dot From Woot. It remained unopened in its box until November, When I decided to gift it to somebody who really wanted one. Imagine how embarrassed I was when they contact me and told me that they were not able to use it because when they tried to register it, it would not register when they contacted Amazon. They were told it was listed as lost or stolen.
When I contacted Amazon, they told me I needed to reach out to Woot, I have sent about four emails to Woot support and all I keep getting back is a reference to Their return / Refund policy Which suggests they haven’t even read my email. I don’t want a refund and I don’t want to return it. I just want it to be able to be registered so that the person I gifted it to can go ahead and use it. I hope that somebody at Woot sees this and reaches out.

Hi there. Sorry for the problem with the Echo Dot. However, items come with a 90-day warranty. That’s from the date of purchase, not opening the item.
