Don’t buy Amazon broke it. Had one and it just slowed down to the point of not working due to software updates. Traded in for credit so you are probably buying mine. Other relatives that have the same one have the same exact issues.

I still use mine every day- works perfectly. I’m up to season 7 of Dark Shadows.
Mine freezes constantly as well now. How much of a credit did they give you?
I’ve purchased 2 of these in varying “conditions” and they arrived in new condition, we’ve had absolutely no issues with them. Tempted to buy a 3rd!
