These are actually cheaper at the mother ship… 
Do you have a link for that? I can’t find one that matches these specs and costs less.
Those are used, no warranty:
Used - Acceptable
Minor cosmetic imperfection on top, front or sides of item. Back has cosmetic imperfection associated with regular use. Device does not come with any warranty.
The 6" are actually “snappier” than the 7". I got one of these 6" as a backup and it is far more responsive than the 7". I could still kick myself for killing my HDX because that was the bomb diggity. If the 7" had been my very first Fire, it would have been my last. It’s very, very slow and reboots randomly. The battery life is also pretty abysmal on the 7".
Caution. This is the one with no SD card. I almost went in until I figured that out.
