Just received KIndle Fire HD 8" 16GB from woot
Reasons to buy -
- 16 GB was $30 - not worth a penny more.
- A good way to punish tech thieves if you take the subway or bus.
- great electronic device to give dumb/clumsy kids.
- Shopaholic - great thats the point of this kindle to sell you crap you don’t need!
- great gift for the losers in your life.
- Disposable porn machine - just toss in toilet with kleenex when finished.
- you won’t lose a moment’s thought if you drop it in traffic and it gets run over by a bus.
Reasons not to buy:
- arrived not allowing me to register, had to call amazon to clear serial number (should have been done prior to shipping).
- screen looks like its been washed in hot water with generic detergent & bleach about 1000 times too many.
- You enjoy a great movie watching experience.
- you won’t lose a moment’s thought if you drop it in traffic and it gets run over by a bus.
Honestly this was 30 bucks I get it - however it’s clear that amazon is designing disposable electronics to steer you and I to buy more crap from amazon. There is no effort to provide a decent product. My 5-6 year old kindle has better picture.
Personally I bought two and I’d rather have my 60 bucks back, heck I’d rather have a pizza.
Garbage - which is likely why they had days of these returns to sell for $30
