I bought this a few months ago. 50 inch 4k Amazon fire TV. Refurbished. Came with no power cord no feet. Got a partial refund and ordered feet and cord on Amazon. Powered it on and found significant damage to the screen where the LCD was lose from the corners and affected the color, and the remote shipped separately wouldn’t pair at all. Initiated a full refund, and ended up getting 80% of the cost of the order refunded, and then lost $25 from the cord/feet I purchased.
I recommend staying away from fire TV, at least this model. The whole experience was a nightmare, and honestlyi just got a brand new TCL 50 inch for $300 instead and have been happy.
Got the 50 inch TV. Received it really fast. No power cord, no feet. Sending it back, Supposedly “certified refurbished”. Seems to be an issue. Waiting for them to tell me how to get it returned. It won’t fit in my car, so they’ll have to arrange to pick it up. Will post again when they tell me.
Same here. I’m telling them they have to take it back. If they try to charge me for it, I’ll contact my CC provider and tell them they’re not credible. They gave it a 90 day warranty, so I’m going to stand on that. It’s a contract, and they didn’t fulfill it.
If the TV itself is in decent shape, maybe consider getting a power cord and feet on eBay. But it’s a risk if the TV itself is fucked. They’ll probably offer a partial discount.
