I bought this tv, sold my old one this was going to replace, then got a refund after I’d been watching for it to show up.
What gives?

Same here! Ordered and then was cancelled about a week ago, said “due to inventory issues”, but then it appeared on Woot again this week. I bought it again, still “preparing for shipment”. We’ll see.

We’re digging into what’s going on. They all ship from one warehouse and It appears that warehouse is overwhelmed.

Any updates? My estimated arrival was yesterday, but it hasn’t shipped yet. I’m looking at other cyber Monday deals that will pass by, would be nice to know if this order will be canceled again.

Got the tv today screen appears fine but there was no power cable, legs or remote in the box (only thing was the screen itself). Waiting on customer support to answer what the solution is there.

What’s the difference between Refurbished 1 and Refurbished 2?

There is no difference.

It’s just inventory from different warehouses, with different SKUs.

Been another two weeks. Is this arriving for the holidays?

Looking behind the scenes, we’re still pushing the order through to Amazon and they keep pushing it back. We pushed it back to them again yesterday. We have no way of knowing when/if they’ll ship it. I’d say if you’re tired of waiting, reach out to CS and ask them to cancel it. I’m so sorry. I wish I had better news. :frowning:
