I recently ordered two FireTv cubes, and I plugged one in. I added it to my account but I contacted tech support from Amazon about it and was told it was on another account and I needed to swap it out. Is this a problem and if so how do I go about fixing it? I know the box came and was marked “Refurbished” but when I pointed that out the support chat said that since it was on another account it would be deleted from mine. Is this true?

In the Woot! App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
