I just got my order and i got the 4 hot/cold packs, which are amazing btw, but the straps were not included. Just wondering if they are not supposed to be included in this posting?

I don’t see straps mentioned, just wraps. The wraps are probably like a pillow case so the packs aren’t directly touching your skin.
If those are missing, reach out to Woot! Customer Service. To speed things up, let them know if you prefer a return/refund or a replacement (if possible).
From a browser, use the Woot! Customer Service form.

Im not worried about the wraps. This is an amazing deal for the ice packs. I just noticed the add on here says in one of the bullet points it says 4 packs and 2 wraps. I looked on amazon to see if the 4 pack was sold with the wraps and i didnt see they were. I wanted to point it out just in case someone was really hoping for the wraps.
