Amazon prime account

Good morning/afternoon or evening, I thought if I was a prime customer, I will get free shipping. I purchased items and was charged for shipping. Did I do something wrong? I did sign under my Amazon account. Is it possible to get the shipping fee waived? Please help me.

Hi there. Make sure you follow these steps for our system to recognize your Prime status:

Log out of Woot
Log in using the Login with Amazon.

Things should work fine after that.

If you were charged shipping, you can contact CS for assistance.

Please contact Woot Customer Service for assistance. From a browser, use the Woot Customer Service form. In the Woot App, choose Account from the bottom navigation and then Support.
