Amazon prime sign in

I’m trying to buy a T-shirt on Woot, and it says I have to sign in with Amazon prime. I have an Amazon prime account, but it won’t except my email address and password. Not sure how to fix this

Hi there. Make sure you’re using your Amazon login password & email. Did someone else in your household possibly already use that login on another account?

Here’s a few things to try:

  • Log out of Woot and log in using the Login with Amazon button
  • On the checkout page, check “use this address”
  • If you are using Microsoft Edge, switch to Chrome or FireFox
  • Clear cookies for Amazon & Woot
  • Allow cookies from Amazon & Woot
  • Allow pop-ups; turn off pop-up blockers
  • Log out and back in on Amazon, especially if you’ve changed anything there (e.g. cards, email, etc.)
  • Try an incognito or private mode in your browser

If those don’t work, let me know the following information:

  • App or Desktop?
  • Device & OS/Version
  • Browser & version
  • Exactly what is happening and when it happens.

Tried your suggestions, still no joy.

I am sitting at the “Review Your Order” screen, I have selected my address and the proper card to use (debit card) and selected “place your order” with no reaction.

I am on a desktop with Firefox 73.0 (64 Bit)
Windows 10 Build 19041.84 On a home build PC.

Are you using your Amazon login password & email address?

Yes I am.

This may be something you’ve tried but here’s my suggestion anyway.

Under your address where it says “use this address” you have to actually click on that and let the page update. Then the place order button comes back.

Maybe. I’m here for the crap.

When it has happened to me before, I empty my cart, then I log out of Woot and the Woot forums. I clear my cookies and cache and then log into the main Woot site making sure to carefully use the Amazon log-in. Then I’ll navigate to the item and attempt to buy the item again.

So far that has worked for me to get it to give me the “free” Prime shipping.

FYI: We resolved the issue. He’s good and has ordered. Still not sure what the issue was but he could order from the app so it’s something on his computer.
