On my first trip with the large bag. One of the handles is already tearing out of the bag. The wheels won’t roll the right direction. Instead of rolling next to me, it insists on rolling perpendicular to the direction I am walking in. I hate this bag and hope to get a refund or return it. Already bought a Swiss Gear bag of similar design to replace it. Not worth the money!
