Notice the headphones in the picture as well as the description? Guess what… does not come with it. Does not show them in the incredibly horrible directions . The two halves of the upper arm support, looks like screw was over tightened and broke the plastic. It said new but I’m thinking that is bs too.
Guess I will put it back in the box and send it back in the morning.
