Woot needs to fix their packaging issue! These were delivered broken, just like the previous order of hot sauce I ordered. Perhaps the issue is Wine Country Connect not packaging the items well. Perhaps it is UPS. However, Woot is the one who gets money money. The previous time this happened it took three contacts with customer service and the threat of deleting my account (I’ve been a Wooter for 15+ years) in order to receive a reasonable offer of compensation for the broken items.
