I bought the abba-zabba boxes when they had them last time, but unfortunately I do not think about temperatures at the time. Candies though individually wrapped had definitely melted during high warehouse & vehicle temps. Each box had a “block” that with great effort pieces could be separated and opened individually. Net result they were reduced to a bunch of no-descrpt taffy pieces. I suppose in there original form they are really good but what I got just made me sad.
Hopefully temps stay low from here on on out to delivery of candy this time.
I still haven’t figured out the mystery flavor & after one (barely) I decided to give them out at Halloween.
Ah - yes, some really sticky candy for all the neighborhood tots. Had not thought of that solution.
As to the “Mystery Flavor” it reminded me of the old Wrigley’s “Juicy Fruit” gum which was a sort of “tutti-fruiti” or in other words “all the fruits”. Sort of like the "Mountain Dew “Patriots” that supposedly was made with 50 fruit flavors.
